The Theomaria Art Gallery hosts for the 18th consecutive year a carnival mask exhibition by Vera Efthimiou Parlalidou. The exhibition will be inaugurated by the Mayor of Limassol, Mr Yiannis Armeftis.

6.00p.m. Town Hall
The Limassol Municipality and the Limassol Union of Self-Educated Painters co-organise an exhibition on Carnival 2025.
With the participation of the Polemidia Municipal and Children’s Choir.
Grigoris Afxentiou Square
6.00p.m. Grigoris Afxentiou Square (District Administration Office) comes alive while we embark on a timeless carnival journey with the Time Surfers.
7.00p.m. The Mayor and the Municipal Council, accompanied by the Royal Family, the Limassol Municipality Brass Band, the Limassol Majorettes of the Cyprus Girl Guides Association and the Limassol Majorettes will parade through the streets up to Grigoris Afxentiou square. The EDON Serenaders, the Cypriot Serenaders and the King’s float will join them at the square.
7.30p.m. King Confetti enters the city on his float accompanied by his entourage and the Batukinio percussion band.
Get ready to experience a Carnival opening like no other with the beloved band ONE and Constantinos Christoforou.

Traditional music event with Stefanos Pelekanis, Andri Karantoni, Petros Kouloumis and an eight-member band, accompanied by the Limassol Folklore Association.
5.30p.m. INAUGURATION OF ART EXHIBITION by Cuban artist Yohy Suarez
Limassol Municipal University Library
Exhibition by the distinguished Cuban artist Yohy Suarez, who experienced the Limassol Carnival in 2020 and returned to our city this year to exhibit his works, inspired by contemporary carnival events and its long history. This action is carried out in collaboration with the Limassol Carnival historian, Stelios Georgiades. The exhibition will be open to the public from Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, until 28 February at 11:00 am.
6.00p.m. Serenaders Event outside the Municipal University Library (Ayiou Andreou str.)
The Limassol Municipality and the Limassol Serenaders co-organise an event with serenades and carnival songs. Participants: EDON Limassol Serenaders, Moderni Keri choir, Ariones Serenaders, Limassol Serenaders, Cypriot Serenaders, Ilandron male vocal ensemble.

The parade will be preceded by the King of Carnival, his float and the Majorettes of the Cyprus Girl Guides Association and the Limassol Majorettes.
6.30p.m. Serenaders Event outside Perama
Songs by the Georgalletos Serenaders. The event is dedicated to the memory of the founder of the group.

The parade will be headed by King Confetti, a sea of floats and pedestrians.
9.00p.m. Farewell Carnival Fiesta – Old Port Square
Come party with us as we wave goodbye to this year’s Carnival with DJs.

All Limassol Carnival events to be held at Lanitis Carob Mill are free of charge.

On Thursday, 20/02/2025, you can park at private parking lots in the city centre and municipal parking lots on the seafront, Spyrou Araouzou and Agkyras streets.
